Click on Cryptos section, select Add and then the Crypto Currency which you would like to add to your list (i.e. Bitcoin, Tether etc.). You can create one wallet for each Crypto Currency.
Click on Cryptos section, select Send and choose Send to User when the user has an account with us (as internal transfer). Otherwise choose Send on Blockchain, select the crypto that you would like to send by choosing the wallet, insert the address and the amount.
Before clicking on Send, please double check that the address you have inserted is correct.
Click on Cryptos section, select the Crypto currency of your interest and click on Deposit. Besides your wallet address, you can also check the network enabled for the specific Crypto currency.
1. Download the Pure. App on Google Play Store or Apple Store.
2. Upload a proof of address which is not older than 3 months. We accept PDF format or a picture of a printed document, where your name, your address and the date of issue of the document are clearly visible.
3. Complete the questionnaire.
4. Upload a live picture of your Identity Document (Passport, both pages – or Identity Card, front and back sides). Please note that the document that you use must be valid at least for one month.
5. Proceed with the selfie identification (remove your eyeglasses). Please note that your face must be visible completely and that you should be alone.
Within 24 hours (working days only). Once your account is approved, you will be notified via email. If we need further documents, we will contact you by email.
You can change your phone number / email by sending an email to support@purewallet.app from the same email address you have registered with. Please attached your National ID document or Passport (front and back) to the email.
Once your profile has been approved, you can request the Pure.Crypto Card clicking on Card section and confirming the residential address where the card will be delivered.
If you notice any mistakes in the address, please contact us via email at support@purewallet.app and do not proceed with the request because the card cannot be delivered to a different address than the one resulting from your proof of address.
The Estimated Delivery Time to receive the Pure. Crypto Card is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. In the event that you haven’t received it within this period of time, please contact us by email at support@purewallet.app
Yes, you can use the Virtual Card to make online purchases and you can also add it to Apple Pay (IOS) or Google Pay (Android) for contactless payments.
You can block the Card anytime by clicking on Card section, selecting the 3 dots below the Virtual Card and clicking on Freeze Card. In the event you have proceeded with freezing your card because you lost it, we kindly invite you to notify us via email at support@purewallet.app
Please note that you can unfreeze your Card by following the same procedure.
To view your PIN click on Card section, select the 3 dots below the virtual card, click on View PIN and Hold to reveal. We strongly recommend not to share your PIN with anyone.
To be able to perform a payment with your Pure. Crypto Card, please note that the funds should be held in any of your crypto wallets. The Pure. Crypto Card can be used to pay at any merchant and you can pay in any currency.
ATM Withdrawal Fee is 3 EUR.
The cash withdrawal limit daily is 2,000 EUR and 2,000 GBP.
Daily card limit is 15,000 GBP and 15,000 EUR.
Click on Cryptos section, select Exchange and choose the currency you would like to Exchange from and select the currency you would like to Exchange to.
Alternatively, if you have funds into your EUR account, you can click on Account, select Exchange and choose the currency you would like to Exchange from and select the one you would like to Exchange to.
Click on Account section and select Deposit to reveal our bank details in EUR. If you already have funds in EUR, click on Account and select Add instead.
We do not charge any fees for bank transfers.
To be able to perform an ATM withdrawal with your Pure. Crypto Card, please note that the funds should be held in any of your crypto wallets.
For instance, if you hold funds in your EUR account and none in any of your crypto wallets, you’d have to perform an exchange from EUR into any cryptocurrency to be able to withdraw the funds from the ATM.
Third-party deposits via bank transfer are not accepted.
Once you withdraw your funds to your bank account, it might take 1-3 business/working days.
Click on Account, select Send and Send to Bank. Fill in the blanks with your bank account details and please make sure that all the details are correct and that you haven’t inserted any punctuation.
Click on Cryptos section, select Send and Send to User. Insert the Recipient Username and click on Find Recipient. Choose the Recipient’s account, insert the amount to send and click on Pay.
Please make sure to double check that the Username you have inserted is correct before proceeding with the transfer.
Internal transfers are immediate and free of charge.
