Find answers to common questions about PureWallet and our services
Click on Crypto section, select Create Wallet and then choose the cryptocurrency that you would like to add to your list (i.e. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC etc.)
You can create one wallet for each cryptocurrency.
Click on Crypto section, select Send and choose Send to User when the user has an account with us (as internal transfer). Otherwise, select the cryptocurrency you would like to send, choose the wallet, insert the address and the amount you want to send.
Before clicking on Send, please double check that the address you have inserted is correct.
Click on Crypto section, select the Cryptocurrency of your interest and click on Receive or alternatively, go to Crypto → Receive → choose the cryptocurrency.
Besides your wallet address, you can also check the network enabled for the specific cryptocurrency.
1. Download the Pure. App from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
2. Upload a proof of address not older than 3 months. We accept PDF or a picture showing your name, address, and issue date.
3. Complete the questionnaire.
4. Upload a live picture of your ID (Passport or Identity Card). It must be valid for at least one month.
5. Proceed with the selfie identification (remove eyeglasses, face must be clearly visible and alone).
Within 24 hours (working days only). Once your account is approved, you will be notified via email. If we need further documents, we will contact you.
You can change your phone number or email by sending an email to support@purewallet.app from your registered email. Please attach your National ID or Passport (front and back).
Once your profile has been approved, you can request the Visa Debit Card by clicking on the Crypto section, then Card, and selecting Order Card. If you notice any discrepancies in your address, please contact us via email at support@purewallet.app before submitting the request.
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during the card request process. If you do not receive your card within the indicated timeframe, please contact us by email at support@purewallet.app.
Yes, you can request both cards. If you have also requested the physical card, you can start using the virtual card for online purchases and add it to Google Pay for contactless payments.
You can block your card at any time by navigating to the Card section, selecting the card, and clicking on Freeze Card. Please note that you can unfreeze your card by following the same procedure.
To view your PIN, go to the Card section and select Show PIN. We strongly recommend that you do not share your PIN with anyone. If you wish to change your PIN, select Change PIN and enter a new code. To complete the procedure, please visit an ATM and perform a random operation (such as a balance check or withdrawal) before using the card for a POS purchase.
You can use the card to pay at any merchant, in any currency, as long as you hold sufficient funds in your crypto wallets. If you have euros, please exchange them into any supported cryptocurrency before making a payment.
The ATM withdrawal fee is 2 EUR within the EEA, and 2 EUR + 2.6% outside the EEA.
Click on Crypto section, select Exchange and choose the currency you want to exchange from and the one to exchange to.
Click on FIAT section, select Receive, then Bank Deposit to see our bank details. Enter the amount you want to deposit and submit your request.
We do not charge any fees for bank transfers.
Third-party deposits via bank transfer are not accepted.
Once you withdraw your funds to your bank account, it might take 1-3 business/working days.
Go to the FIAT section, select Send, and choose Wire Transfer. Enter your bank details (EUR currency) and click on Request Withdrawal. Please ensure that all details are correct and avoid using any punctuation marks.
Click on Crypto section, select Send and then User. Insert the recipient username and click Find. Choose the recipient's account, insert the amount and click Send.
Make sure the username is correct before proceeding.
Internal transfers are immediate and free of charge.
